Added Chapter 3

I HAD TO DO THIS QUICKLY IM LATE FOR CLASS SOMEBODY LMK IF THERE ARE GLITCHES.

Also, I may have modified the last chapter as well as the tutorial section, as there is now a NEW CONTROL SCHEME.
