Added Chapter 1

It may be underwhelming, but I kind of cheated to get the physics to look like they worked in Chapter 0 by not really allowing for certain collision edge cases in the level layout. Now I've made the physics much more robust more suitable for a platformer.

Anyway, the mystery boxes (pun intended) of what exactly is happening will be answered next chapter.
